The UIPM Technical Newsletter is released twice a year and aims to:
- Inform National Federations of changes to the rules approved by the UIPM Congress.
- Inform national Federations, Judges, Event Organizers, Coaches and Athletes of new UIPM projects.
- Clarify some aspects of the rules, so the rules can be applied consistently across all competitions.
- Create an easy communication system to underline the arguments UIPM considers important to improving Modern Pentathlon.
