Dr Liston D. Brochette III (USA) | | Overview: | Developing awareness of the significance of modern pentathlon to the Olympic values and history is the main objective of the Cultural Commission. This is achieved through education and a cultural program which has been successfully undertaken at the Olympic Games in Athens 2004 and the World Championships in Warsaw 2005. Mr Schormann is also a member of the IOC Cultural and Olympic Education Commission.

Prof Norbert Mueller (GER) | | Overview: | The Pierre de Coubertin Commission is responsible for the maintaining the ideals Pierre de Coubertin had in introducing Modern Pentathlon back into the Modern Olympics.
